Where: St. Luke's Episcopalian Church at the corner of Colfax & 46th St. in So. Minneapolis.
When: Monday and Thursday nights from 7:00 to 8:45 pm
What: We start with a warm-up, run through a complete body workout including core work,
followed by stretching, and ending with relaxation and visualization.
Equipment: A fitness ball, 3# and 5# hand weights, Xertubes (surgical tubing with handles), a
Bender Ball, a ball carrying strap (also used for stretching), and a yoga mat. Participants bring
their own equipment and can be ordered online as well. I stock the Xertubes, small balls,and
ball carrying straps for your convenience.
Sessions: 13 weeks, Winter session runs from January 2nd - March 29th, 2012
Cost: 13x/session (once a week) $117 25x/session (twice a week) $216
