Homemade Condiments Menu

We will make the following and incorporate them into a meal:

·        Mayonnaise and aioli, both traditional, tofu and grain based

·        Rhubarb ketchup

·        Mustard

·        Horseradish sauce

·        BBQ sauce

·        Peanut sauce

·        Salad dressings




TOFU MAYONNAISE

 

1 box silken tofu

2 TBS canola or olive oil

2 TBS white wine vinegar

2 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp natural sugar

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp salt

 

Blend tgether in blender until very smooth.  Refrigerate until using.
