Personal Trainer, Instructor, Presenter
Marianna has been a vegetarian since the early ‘70s, having experimented with a variety of diets including raw foods, Macrobiotics, lacto-ovo, and vegan. She cooked at the Satsang vegetarian restaurant , was the kitchen manager for the Blue Heron Restaurant, where she developed menus and recipes, and volunteered as a head cook for a year at the Minnesota Zen Center. Marianna has been teaching vegetarian cooking and nutrition since the mid ‘70s, preferring to teach in her Minneapolis home. Her dedication to health and wellness is evident in all she does from her own life style, to her work, and to her community involvement.
